Help needed on Election Eve and all day on Election Day to serve as a technician at polling locations. Responsibilities include setting up voting equipment, troubleshooting equipment throughout Election Day, and taking down election equipment at close of polls. Qualifications: Resident of Ohio (preferably Butler County) experience working with computers, particularly setting up computer hardware. Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Depot Coordinators:
Help needed on Election Eve and Election Night to distribute election supplies to Pollworkers, receive supplies after close of polls, and transport ballots to Board of Elections for central tabulation. Qualifications: Must be able to lift 20 lbs; excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications for being a Precinct Election Official/Poll Worker include:
Be a registered voter in Butler County
Attend 3-hour training session
Set-up Meeting Pre-Election - Monday night before the Election, 6:30 p.m.
Election Day - 5:30 a.m. until polls close on Tuesday
Be able to assist in the lifting of voting units (25 lbs)
Be English literate
Have a working phone number
Have transportation to the location where you are working
